Join us for an evening of conversation with Greg Winters, director of the Whatcom Opportunity Council. Greg will discuss the Prosperity Report based on the recent survey of people living in poverty in San Juan County. We will hear what the needs are, how many neighbors are impacted, and what has changed since the last survey.
