We Are In The Home Stretch!

Give Orcas is in the home stretch with plenty of momentum to get us to the Finish Line, thanks to the amazing outpouring of community support. This year, we shortened the campaign by a full week, leaving us just 10 days to raise funds to (hopefully) get all the great proposals fully funded.
So far, 863 donors have contributed over $225,000, fully funding five proposals and bringing the campaign to 60% full. We now have three days to raise an additional $100,000, which will be supplemented by $50,000 from the Orcas Island Community Foundation to get all 26 proposals completely funded. We can do it!
To help inspire additional donations, we are having 2 Hat Draws for $1000 Donor Bonuses. Anyone who donates between 12:01 to Midnight today (Weds) will be entered into a drawing and one lucky winner will be selected on Thursday morning and given $1000 to distribute to the proposals of their choosing in this year’s GiveOrcas campaign. We will repeat the process on Thursday, when all donations that day will be entered into a drawing on Friday morning. Any donation of $10 or more is eligible.
