Happy Friday! I returned after a restful and rejuvenating break. Hank and I enjoyed a week sailing around the San Juan’s and then a few days in Pt Townsend. Home now, trying to figure out what to do with all these cukes and zukes! Send recipes….

OICF received great news from the Seattle Foundation. Their “All In Washington” campaign will fully match the $190,000 donated to our Community Emergency Response Fund (CERF) over the last two months. Fantastic support!

Even better: there are still matching funds available! All donations to the Community Emergency Response Fund are eligible for up to a 100% match as long as you note “All In WA” in the recognition field online or note it in the memo line of your check. What a great way to double your gift.

This crisis has tested us all, and I am so grateful that this community continues to rally and care for each other.  The Community Emergency Response Fund remains active to help bridge the gap for many of our neighbors needing assistance with housing, food, case management, and healthcare. Thanks to your donations and the great efforts of our nonprofit partners, we have a strong safety net. Let’s keep it going.

I hope you are continuing to stay well and enjoying these lovely days.
