The Orcas Island Community Foundation (OICF) calls for submissions for our online 2020 GiveOrcas Catalog. Our goal is to partner with organizations and offer donors opportunities to contribute to Orcas programs. Nonprofits serving Orcas can apply now through November 6th to be featured in the 2020 GiveOrcas Holiday Catalog–an island tradition.
Again this year OICF will have a “Flat Person” and distribute prize funding through campaign games. Successful applicants will appear in the 2020 GiveOrcas Holiday Catalog under one of two categories: “Season of Joy” or “Essential Services.” All applications will be reviewed by the OICF Grants Committee. Last year, together with our Partners in Philanthropy, the GiveOrcas Holiday Catalog raised $80,400 for 20 Orcas programs over the three-week campaign. There were 513 donors who made 839 donations.
