2012 Grant Applications must be received by OICF no later than March 15, 2012.

Please download the OICF Grant Application Form (doc). Keep one copy for your records and mail or deliver one (1) copy of the completed application, including all attachments, to:

You can also deliver the application packet in person to the OICF office at 141 Prune Alley above Ama Tara and across from Island Market parking.
If you would like your draft application pre-reviewed by the Committee Chair, please email your draft to grants@oicf.us, by February 29th, 2011.
